Letter Home

Dear Mom and Dad,
Sorry I haven't been able to write any sooner, but I just haven't been in one place long enough to sit down
and write. We have a courtesy IG coming up on the 31st and I've been running the 80 mile 5 hour convoy
between Pleiku Division Base Camp and Dak To, where the Company is, trying to get ready for this IG.
I got the money order, cake et. al. Sure do appreciate them.
I just re-read this letter and it doesn't sound real coherent. That's probably because I could use a little
sleep right now, but I'm waiting for a call from G-3, so I thought I'd write this while I was waiting.
I'm doing fine, but real busy-last week I woke up on "Wednesday" and was surprised to find everyone going
to church services. I don't even remember the last of the week, I was so busy.
